Event Terms and Conditions

Event

  • Date: Saturday, 28th October 2024

  • Location: The Eastside Rooms, Woodcock St., Birmingham, B7 4BL.

  • The event is private and for Garage Hive customers – garage business owners, managers and their guests, Garage Hive invitees and approved ticket holders only.

Booking

  • Ticket sales are open from the 28th of March until the 14th of September 2024.

  • Garage Hive customers can book their tickets via their Garage Hive ( Business Central) system under the tile "The Blend 2024".

  • Non-customers have to fill out the ticket request form to be approved to purchase the tickets.

Tickets

  • There are two types of tickets: Conference and Evening Event (Full ticket) and Evening Event only ticket.

  • The Full ticket includes access to Conference and Evening Event. The ticket can be only used by the person whose name is on the ticket.

  • The evening event ticket is available for purchase separately only on the condition that there is at least one full event ticket per company.

  • This ticket is non-transferable.

  • You will be asked to show the ticket upon arrival to register your presence.

  • EARLY BIRD ticket prices are on from 28/02/2024 until 30/06/2024.

  • Ticket changes: Any changes to the ticket holder information have to be communicated to the organisers via email info@theblend.events before 14th of September 2024.

Billing

  • Garage Hive customers, invitees or non-customers will have access to the online payment platform to purchase tickets online via card payment. At the point of purchase, a payment confirmation is visible.

  • ​After tickets have been purchased, a VAT invoice can be requested via email at info@theblend.events. Please make sure to share the company details the invoice needs to be addressed to.

Permissions

  • Entrants permit the organisers, their agents, or any other associated organisations to use any photographs, video recordings, motion pictures, website images, recordings, or any other record of the event. Such articles may be used or included on websites, media publications, advertising, promotional information, or other publicly accessible sources.

  • By purchasing this ticket, you automatically accept these Terms and Conditions, enrol and permit to receive any The Blend related news, special offers and more.

COVID-19 Clause:

  • The event organisers have the right to reschedule or cancel this event in the case of health and safety risks and notify all guests.

  • All guests must follow England's and organisers' rules and restrictions. Breaching these rules are subject to personal and legal responsibility.

Refund Policy

  • Garage Hive customers are eligible to apply for a refund until 31/08/2024. Garage Hive will refund you within 30 working days. However, the refund may go through within a few days.

  • All payment fees and platform charges will be deducted from the full ticket price refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cannot attend The Blend, please, notify the organisers via email at info@theblend.events no later than 14/09/2024.

  • Tickets are on a name basis and not transferable or resaleable.

Sales and Commercial Activity

To ensure a positive experience for all attendees, the organizers kindly request that any sales or commercial activity by attendees or participants be approved by the organizers in advance. This includes selling products, services, or promoting businesses or organizations. Only sponsors or exhibitors approved by the organizers are permitted to engage in any sales or commercial activity during the event. Any attendees or participants found engaging in unauthorized sales or commercial activity may be asked to stop, and the organizers may need to take appropriate action to enforce this policy. To request approval for sales or commercial activity, please contact the event organizers at least 30 days prior to the event.
